Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World soundtrack

Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World has music to match it’s movie might. Directed by Edgar Wright and with Nigel Godrich serving as the Executive Producer of the soundtrack and film composer. My contribution took form in the music of Sex Bob-Omb, the film’s star protagonists. Beck and myself recorded the music in a 4-day fury a couple summers ago, arguably some of the greatest recording sessions I’ve ever taken part in. Thank you Michael C. for making my bass parts look so handsome.
I also re-interpreted the track “Threshold” in true 8-bit form (SID) which will be on the film’s soundtrack. You can pre-order at Amazon.

Brian loses to RZA…
For “Best Original Music” in a video game. Oh well, I guess the better ninja won.
Hopefully the soundtrack for WET II will get a release and then we’ll figure out a way to get the first one out too. This will do for now.
